"Clear pricing, but still a bit much"
I will say the prices were laid out clearly, so there weren’t any surprise fees or anything like that. But even knowing everything upfront, it still felt kinda expensive to me... like, I get it, but still.

I used tickpick for a game last weekend, and I was happy with the deal I got. The seats were solid for the price, so it felt like I actually got good value.
I had checked a few other sites first, but once the fees got added, the prices jumped up. tickpick was easier to understand because the price felt more upfront, so I knew what I was really paying.
The tickets came through quickly, and since they worked fine at the gate, I didn’t have any stress getting in. I’d definitely use tickpick again.

The tickets ended up being real and they worked fine, but I was nervous the whole time waiting to get in. I kind of regret putting myself through that stress, even though it all turned out okay.

I ended up having to cancel my ticket order because my plans changed, so I reached out to tickpick to see what my options were. I was totally chill about it, obviously, and definitely not refreshing my email way too often.
The refund wasn’t instant, and it took a couple of days before I got a clear update. That said, support did get back to me and explained what was happening in a straightforward way, which helped.
The money came back just like they said it would. Faster replies would’ve been nice, but overall it was handled fine and didn’t turn into a huge headache

I used TickPick for a concert, the seats were pretty much exactly what I expected from the listing. The view matched what was shown too, which I appreciated because that can be hit or miss depending on the venue. The only minor thing was that it took me a minute to find the tickets at first, but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly. I’d use it again, especially for a show where I want a clear idea of what my view is going to be.

"My tickets didn’t show up the way..."
My tickets didn’t show up the way I expected, so I was definitely stressed for a bit since the event was coming up. I reached out to TickPick support and it took some back and forth, but the important part is they got it fixed before I needed to head in. The tickets scanned fine at the gate, and once that happened, the whole issue was basically behind me. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but based on how it ended, I appreciated that they took care of it.

The site works fine overall, but am I the only one who feels like the app is kind of clunky? It does what it needs to do, but it lags here and there, which gets a little frustrating.
